Real Estate
Program Description
An option for most professional graduate students at Cornell.
The minor gives professional graduate students across the university the opportunity to take advantage of the wide variety of real estate courses offered by the Cornell Baker Program in Real Estate and other graduate-level classes offered by SC Johnson and the Nolan School especially, in addition to AAP and other colleges on campus.
Upon successful completion of the required classes, the Graduate Minor in Real Estate designation will appear on students' official Cornell transcript.

Elective Coursework
All students must take six credits total from the enrichment and complementary categories listed below. At least three of those credits must be from among the enrichment category. Students may take all six credits from the enrichment category to meet the elective requirements of the minor. Course enrollment may be subject to prerequisites. Course availability changes each semester and not all courses may be offered each semester. The Department of Real Estate will review and make decisions on alternative courses via petition.
